SUNNYSHORESIT FOR BUSINESS

Reliable IT. Less manual work.

I help small businesses, growing teams, larger organizations and non-profits in Northeast Florida run Microsoft 365, devices and networks properly, and automate the recurring work that eats the week.

You work directly with the engineer who scopes it, builds it and supports it. No hand-off to a crew you have never met.

Based in Nocatee, Florida · On-site across Northeast Florida · Remote where it fits

01 / WHAT I TAKE ON

The systems your team runs on, and the work in between.

Most organizations don’t need more tools. They need the ones they have set up properly, connected to each other, and written down. That’s the work.

Microsoft 365 & devices

Accounts, licenses, mail and laptops that are set up on purpose, not one at a time.

  • Tenant setup and cleanup: users, groups, licenses, shared mailboxes, Teams and SharePoint
  • Sign-in security: multi-factor authentication and conditional access
  • Intune enrollment, compliance and update policies for Windows, iPhone and Android
  • New-hire and departure checklists, so access starts and ends on the right day

Microsoft MS-102 and MD-102 certified.

Office networks & Wi-Fi

A network planned around your floor plan and your people, wired back to one tidy rack.

  • Business-grade gateways, switches and access points, placed where people actually work
  • Separate networks for staff, guests, cameras and devices, so one cheap gadget can’t see the rest
  • Structured cabling, a labeled rack and secure remote access
  • A written map of what is installed, where and why

CompTIA Network+ certified.

Cameras & on-site security

Cameras that cover the entrances, the lot and the stock room, on a network of their own.

  • Coverage planned for doors, parking, registers and storage
  • Cameras kept on their own network segment
  • Access for the right people, and nobody else

Support & documentation

Someone who knows your setup when something stops working, on-site or remote.

  • Remote help for your team, and on-site visits across Northeast Florida
  • Hand-over notes your staff (or the next technician) can follow
  • A plan for updates, renewals and replacements, so nothing expires by surprise

CompTIA A+ certified.

02 / BY THE SIZE OF YOUR ORGANIZATION

Scoped to the size you are.

A ten-person office and a two-hundred-person organization need different things from an outside engineer. Here’s how the work usually takes shape.

Small businesses

There’s no IT person on staff. Whoever is “good with computers” carries it, on top of their real job.

WHERE IT STARTS
A walk-through of your network, Microsoft 365 and the tasks that eat the week. You get a written list of what to fix first.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
A short, fixed-scope project: secure the sign-ins, tidy the accounts, fix the Wi-Fi, automate the one process everyone hates. Then help when you need it.

Growing and mid-size teams

An office manager or a small IT team keeps things running, but the bigger projects keep slipping.

WHERE IT STARTS
A scoped project with a clear owner on your side: an Intune rollout, a network refresh, or connecting the systems that are still copied by hand.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
A written scope, a staged rollout and documentation your team keeps using after I hand it over.

Larger organizations & IT departments

You have IT. You need a specialist for a defined piece of work your team doesn’t have time or tooling for.

WHERE IT STARTS
A technical working session with your people: the workflow, the data boundaries, the constraints and what “done” means.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
Automation and AI builds (document search over your own files, on-prem models, workflow integration) or Microsoft 365 and Intune projects, delivered alongside your staff with tests, traces and a hand-over.

Non-profits are welcome on any of these paths. Tell me about the constraints up front (budget cycles, volunteers, donated licenses) and we’ll scope around them.

03 / HOW AN ENGAGEMENT WORKS

No surprises, start to finish.

The same four steps whether it’s a Wi-Fi refresh for one office or an AI build for a department.

  1. 01

    Tell me what’s going on

Use the form, email or call. A rough description is enough. I read every request myself and follow up with questions.

  2. 02

    We map it together

Walk me through the systems, the people and the exceptions, on-site in Northeast Florida or over a call.

  3. 03

    You get a written scope

Deliverables, price, ongoing costs and how we’ll measure success, before any work begins. If it isn’t worth doing, I’ll say so.

  4. 04

    Build, hand over, support

Staged and tested, with a way back if something goes wrong. You get the documentation, and help afterwards when you need it.

Have a project that keeps slipping, or a task the whole team keeps doing by hand? Start with a rough description.

04 / WHO YOU WORK WITH

The person who scopes it is the person who builds it.

I’m Logan Mulligan. I run SunnyShoresIT from Nocatee, Florida. I build automation and AI systems, set up and secure Microsoft 365 and the devices that sign in to it, and design networks that hold up when the whole office is online.

Nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a crew. You get one point of contact, plain answers about what’s worth doing, and documentation when it’s done.

05 / FIRST QUESTIONS

What managers ask first.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. On-site across Northeast Florida, from Nocatee and Ponte Vedra to Jacksonville and St. Johns County. Remote wherever it makes sense, which includes most automation and Microsoft 365 work.

How is pricing handled?

Every project is scoped first. You get the deliverables, the price and any ongoing costs in writing before work begins, and nothing starts until you agree to it.

We already have IT. Can you work alongside them?

Yes. I can take a defined piece of work, build it with your team in the loop and hand it over with documentation they can run.

Is it safe to point AI at our data?

It can be, with the right limits. AI steps get only the data and permissions the task needs, anything that changes a record waits for a person, and when the data must stay in your building the model can run there too.

LET’S TALK IT THROUGH

Tell me what’s slowing the business down.

The task that keeps coming back, the system nobody trusts, the project that keeps slipping. Send a rough description and I’ll follow up to set up a conversation.
